<p><strong>Position:</strong> Night Shift Safety Coordinator (Outsourced)</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday | Night Shift</p> <p><strong>Department:</strong> Safety / Fleet Operations</p> <p></p> <p>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Safety Coordinator to provide</p> <p>outsourced safety support for our fleet operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to</p> <p>monitor driver activity, address safety concerns, and coordinate repairs or emergency situations</p> <p>during nighttime hours.</p> <p></p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>? Monitor and manage driver Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure compliance with</p> <p>transportation regulations.</p> <p>? Review and respond to safety events and driver alerts in the Samsara system,</p> <p>including in-cab warnings and safety notifications.</p> <p>? Coordinate and manage vehicle repair requests, including contacting roadside</p> <p>assistance or maintenance providers when necessary.</p> <p>? Respond to nighttime operational and safety emergencies, providing immediate</p> <p>support and coordinating appropriate actions.</p> <p>? Communicate with drivers to resolve safety issues and provide guidance when required.</p> <p>? Escalate critical safety or operational concerns to the management team when</p> <p>necessary.</p> <p>? Maintain accurate records of incidents, repairs, and safety-related events during the</p> <p>shift.</p> <p></p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>? Experience with fleet safety operations, transportation, or logistics preferred.</p> <p>? Familiarity with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.</p> <p>? Experience working with Samsara or similar fleet management systems is an asset.</p> <p>? Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>? Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.</p> <p>? Ability to work independently during overnight hours.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <p>? Knowledge of commercial truck operations and roadside repair coordination.</p> <p>? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</p> <p>? High attention to detail and safety compliance.</p>
