From Game Design to Animation, our comprehensive video library, interactive educational games, and thriving marketplace offer a unique learning experience for aspiring creators.</p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Character Animator / General Animator Educational Content Developer</strong> who can combine technical expertise with a passion for teaching to develop engaging educational content for our platform and high-quality animations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Content Development:</strong><ul> <li>Create clear, engaging, and structured educational videos focused on animation, including character animation techniques, workflows, and industry practices in English.</li> <li>Develop lesson plans, scripts, and supplementary materials (e.g., exercises, projects, and quizzes) for beginner to advanced learners.</li> </ul></li> <li><strong>Animation Creation:</strong><ul> <li>Design and animate characters, environments, and scenes for our animated films and games.</li> </ul></li> <li><strong>Instructional Excellence:</strong><ul> <li>Break down complex animation concepts into easily understandable steps and principles.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge techniques into the curriculum.</li> </ul></li> <li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong><ul> <li>Work closely with other educators, designers, and developers to ensure content aligns with TechTitans’ standards.</li> <li>Provide feedback on animation projects and mentor junior contributors if applicable.</li> </ul></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong><ul> <li>Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, After Effects, Blender, Maya, or similar tools).</li> <li>Strong understanding of character animation principles, rigging, motion, and storytelling.</li> <li>Experience in 2D and/or 3D animation workflows.</li> </ul></li> <li><strong>Teaching &amp; Communication:</strong><ul> <li>Previous experience in teaching, creating tutorials, or educational content is plus.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
