<p><strong>SoundCampaign is a fast growing IT product company</strong> that creates services for independent music artists all over the world and helps them to promote their music. We help artists from any part of the globe by getting their music on curator’s playlists while allowing curators to gain enjoyable rewards as they explore new music.</p> <p>We are looking forward to a <strong>Senior Backend developer</strong> with confident experience in Node.js and Nest.js.<br /><strong>Skills we are looking for:</strong><br />– 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience<br />– Backend skills: javascript/typescript,<br />– Database: MySQL<br />– At least 2 years on Node.js<br />– At least 1.5 years on Nest.js<br />– Good knowledge and understanding of REST HTTP/HTTPS protocol and best REST API development practices<br />– Experience in developing integrations. Paypal, Stripe, Spotify, TikTok API experience will be a plus.<br />– Experience in enhancing applications and performance optimizations<br />– Experience with AWS will be a plus (S3, RDS, Cloudwatch, EKS or ECS or EC2)<br />– Good knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and development patterns (e.g. Gang of Four)<br />– ESLint / TSLint, Sonar experience is a plus<br />– Experience working with Github Actions is a plus.<br />– Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br />– Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment<br /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />– New features implementation;<br />– Solution enhancements and optimization;<br />– Unit tests / integration tests implementation;<br />– Application migration to Nest.js;<br />– Participation in architecture decision sessions;<br />– Review pull requests made by the development team;<br />– Enforce clean code and coding best practices;<br />– Estimation of the duration and complexity of features;<br />– Working with Agile methodologies (Scrum)<br /><strong>What do we offer:<br /></strong>– Opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing startup company;<br />– Work in a team of expert developers;<br />– Flexible schedule;<br /></p>
